CANCELLATIONS

At JoVo Beaux, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know.

If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled date of your Treatment, we have to charge 50% of your Treatment cost and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. If you need to cancel your Consultation date within 24 hours, then we will unfortunately have to charge £30 fee.

RUNNING LATE?

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at JoVo Beaux and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
