Jo is a Registered Nurse with nearly two decades of clinical experience, having qualified in 2007.

 

Alongside running JoVoBeaux, she continues to work within the NHS as a Specialist Nurse, specialising in complex wound management, a role she has held since 2013. Her extensive medical knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care form the foundation of every treatment she provides.

In 2021, Jo expanded her professional expertise into aesthetic medicine, completing a face-to-face foundation course in Botox and Dermal Fillers. Since then, she has continued to invest in advanced education and training, gaining additional qualifications in Advanced Botox Treatments, Skin Boosters, and Facial Contouring.

 

At JoVoBeaux, aesthetics services are delivered in partnership with Anna, our experienced Nurse Prescriber, who you will meet during your initial consultation.

JoVoBeaux's dedication to excellence was recognised with a nomination for a Dorset Business Award in 2025.

 

In June 2026, Jo further combined her passion for aesthetics, women's health, and wound management by completing a Foundation Course in Caesarean Section Scar Management with HLP in Leicester. This specialised training enables her to bring together her extensive wound care expertise and commitment to supporting women throughout their postnatal recovery journey, offering a unique and holistic approach to scar management and wellbeing.
