CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients are required to make a booking fee of £50 when booking treatments and appointments with JoVoBeaux. This will be put towards your treatment cost.​

 

Cancellation of an appointment

In order to confirm an appointment booking, a booking fee is required for all treatments.

 

If you need to amend the date of your appointment, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice so that we can re-allocate the appointment. We guarantee that where notification to cancel appointments is given with more than 72 hours’ notice, booking fees will be refunded or offset against any future treatment required.

 

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 72 hours prior to your appointment time, then unfortunately, your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.

We do fully understand, however, that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable due to illness or emergencies and we will take into account all valid circumstances.

 

NO SHOWS

No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee which is £50.
